Welcome to Salcomm! Please excuse our dust we are a startup company with roughly a combined 90 years in the underground construction industry.

The president, Felix Salgado began in 2004 as a laborer with a shovel in hand. Throughout the years he learned about every aspect of the industry. CEO, Angela Salgado also started out answering phones and using a MAPSCO (large books with paper maps for the youngins) to direct crews to locations. Together with our highly experienced crew we set off to make our name for our quality team.
We operate equipment such as directional drills, excavators, Vac-trons, skid-steers, backhoes, forklifts (just to name a few). We also survey and gather requirements during pre-constructions meetings to ensure accurate bids are given. We can locate utilities. We obtain OSHA certifications because safety is top priority that constributes to the best overal quality of work.
